"I started training with Natasha approximately 5 weeks ago, my aims were weight loss, improve my confidence in the gym setting and increase my fitness. Natasha designed a plan to suit my needs and has communicated throughout my time working with her. Feedback after weekly check in is prompt and very supportive with helpful suggestions. Natasha has been available, if needed, via WhatsApp at any time. When I did have a small issue with back pain after an independent training session she arranged to meet me at the gym to check my technique on the exercise that caused the problem. She is always friendly and supportive when you see her in the gym and is happy to answer questions outside of your 1:1 sessions. I'm really pleased with my weight loss of 3 kg in 4 weeks (these 4 weeks included a long weekend away when I was not strictly following the diet plan). My increase in confidence to work independently at the gym is amazing and my fitness levels have definitely improved as I'm now able to climb up the South Downs without needing to stop to catch my breath. So glad made the decision to sign up for PT sessions with Natasha."
